About Us

Cristine Davis is a 3rd grade teacher with over 20 years of experience. She is a leader at her school and won Teacher of the Year for the 2025/2026 school year. An extraordinary educator who pours her heart into every student she teaches, she inspires tremendous academic and personal growth while keeping the joy, curiosity, and fun that make elementary school such a special time. 

Elicia Dunk is a retired special education teacher who spent 20 years in the classroom. Her work earned her Teacher of the Year honors at two schools, along with her district's Educator of Excellence award. Today, Elicia is passionate about bridging the gap between research and practice, sharing the latest findings in education and helping teachers put them to work in their classrooms.
